Delivery Information

We ship goods to all areas of MAINLAND UK ONLY. Shipping cost is £12.95 per order, as we are based in the North of Scotland this price is fixed for all orders and is the cost that we pay for delivery - no extra charge is added by ourselves for packaging or delivery.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY DETAILS

We use Parcelforce express 48hr delivery for orders, any order received after 12pm Wednesday will be despatched the following week. At busier times of the year - Christmas and January, orders may be delayed and despatch times cannot be guaranteed, if your order is time sensitive please phone our shop, 01349 862315

A Signature will be required on delivery of your goods. If there is no one available to sign for your goods a card will usually be left advising you of what action needs to be taken. This usually involves collection the item from your local Royal Mail Depot.

If your goods cannot be delivered for any reason and returned to us, the cost of the goods will be refunded in full less a £12.95 charged to cover administration cost.

If it becomes apparent that your order has been lost in the post, we will re-send your order at no cost to you after confirming the lost with Royal Mail. Please do allow up to four weeks for Royal Mail to confirm the loss.

Please note delivery into London congestion areas may incur an additional charge. We will contact you if this is the case.
